Thai marinade or dipping sauce


I know I already have a peanut sauce on the blog, but I found this other recipe and it's easy and delicous so why not. It comes from

Mix all the following ingredients in a blender, add a tbsp of water if it's too thick. You can warm it or serve room temperature.
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsp of soya sauce
2 Tbsp of sesame oil
2 Tbsp of brown sugar
2 Tbsp of fish sauce
2 Tbsp of lime juice
1 tsp of chili paste
1/3 cup of coconut milk.

I used this to marinate my chicken for tonight's supper, Thai-Style BBQ Chicken Salad.
