Nutty pasta with Parmesan & Orange and lemon zest

Think, one serving, adjust quantities to taste.

1/4 cup pine nuts
6 whole walnuts
as many pistachios as you want
Fresh orange and lemon zest
5-6 mushrooms
1/4 onion
1/4 cup fresh Coriander
Fresh parmesan
Olive oil
Pasta of your choice

Cook pasta.
Sauté onion and mushroom, set aside.
Roast all nuts, put in food chopper with coriander.

When pasta is cooked, pour on 1/4 cup olive oil. Add nuts, mix well. Add mushrooms and onions, stir.
Set in serving dish, grate lemon and orange and parmesan cheese on top.
You might want to add some olive oil if you find this too dry.
