I discovered something new today while making the Broccoli soup mentioned earlier.
You know how recipes of cream of this or cream of that kind of soup call for adding 35% +/- cream to make the soup creamier.... Well this recipe calls for one cup of white sauce which I made with 0% milk.
It made the soup as creamy if not creamier and has 35% less fat.
Ah! Ha!.... I can just hear you: " Yes, but 35% is so goooooood!"
Is it just good to the taste or is it good for the health?
